While initially built for internal use within the company, the system is being further refined and is planned for release to other organizations as a scalable HR solution.

Problems Companies have different types of interview rounds, making it difficult to standardize.
SolutionsIntroduced three generalized interview categories—Screening (AI-based resume screening), Assessment (theoretical & practical skill evaluation), and Meeting (online Google interviews).
Handling Company Entities
ProblemsManaging multiple entities such as employees, applicants, and software members was complex.
SolutionsCreated dedicated panels for each entity and stored their information in structured database tables—Employee Table, Applicant Table, and User (Member) Table.
Role-Based Access Control
ProblemsUsers needed different roles and permissions to access the software efficiently.
SolutionsDefined all features as static enums (lists), mapped them to roles, and stored them for scalability and easy maintenance.
Applicant Exam Link Authentication
ProblemsEnsuring exam links were accessed only by the intended applicants.
SolutionsUsed the three defined roles (Applicant, Employee, Member) and added a user-friendly dropdown for authentication. Access was validated based on role-specific login.
